1. Position Title : Sales Supervisor
2. Department : Sales
3. Reporting to : Sales Manager, General Sales Manager (Direct)
4. No. of staff reporting to Job holder :Nil
5. Internal relations : All Department
6. External relations : Customers
7. Overall Responsibility

  • Explore sales opportunities through existing customers and new customers in the market.
  • Exploring townships within Yangon Region to scout sites in operation for sales opportunities.
  • Plan and strategies individual activities to expand and develop customer based to meet sales target which include out of Yangon Region.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Work with sales team when closing sales.
  • Meet all sales quotas and exceed goals.
  • Perform other related duties as required

8. Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum three-year related experience in sales.
  • Must have strong verbal and written in English.
  • Advanced understanding of office applications, including MS office

9. Skills or Competencies Requirement

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with strong team spirit.
  • Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Excellent customer care and focus, ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Patient, persistent with good manner, respect commitment, open-minded and eager to learn.
