- Overall Responsibility
- Manage a team of sales personnel and guide/train/equip them with effective selling skills and excellent customer services.
- Ensure the product display is visually attractive, showroom condition is comfortable & clean and product info is clear.
- Provide solution and recommendation to the need of the customers to close sales with good persuasive skill and product knowledge.
- Any other ad-hoc requested by General Sales Manager.
- Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Job experiences in managing a showroom with a sales team and passionate about serving customers
- Minimum 4 years related experience in managing

- Excellent verbal, written in English (Chinese language is preferable)
- Problem-solving skill
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Excellent communication skill that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
- Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
- Great leadership skill and management skill
- Needs to have the personality of confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
